Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of any part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited unless otherwise allowed in writing by : ARAXXE SAS. Any unauthorized operation of the site or of any of the elements it contains shall be considered as constituting an infringement and shall lead to legal proceedings in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
6. Responsibility limitations.
ARAXXE SAS shall not be held responsible for any direct and indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment, during access to the https://www.araxxe.com/ site, and resulting either from the use of equipment not meeting the specifications indicated in item 4, or from the occurrence of a bug or of incompatibility.
7. Personal data management.

Only a take-over of ARAXXE SAS and of its rights would allow the disclosure of the said information to the possible buyer, which shall in turn be bound by the same duty of data conservation and modification towards the user of the www.araxxe.com site. Databases are protected by the Act dated July 1, 1998 transposing directive 96/9 dated March 11, 1996 relating to legal database protection.

9. Applicable law and jurisdictional clause.

The settlement of any dispute and/or litigation between the parties, whatever the nature and cause, that the parties are unable to solve amicably, shall be brought to the court with jurisdiction over the registered address of the seller.
