• Residential SIMs: Disconnect or block SMS on detection
• Corporate SIMs: Use legal reports to terminate contracts; consider litigation

Third-party resources:

• Block suspicious GTs in SMS firewall
• Share SIM lists with partners
• Block SIMs and spoofed CLIs (where permitted)

2. Negotiate upstreams

• Engage major originators (e.g., Facebook) to negotiate termination terms based on fraud findings
• Approach aggregators (e.g., SMSBulk) to negotiate or consider legal action if needed.

3. Tune Systems

• Refine profile in SMS firewall AI controls based on detected cases
• Refine alert thresholds in Fraud Management System based on detected cases
