Architect

As an architect, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance and operation of our systems.

Your duties will include all or some of the following:
- Research & Development activities: architecture design, coding, testing, etc.
- Project Management activities
- Infrastructure management activities: System Operations, the commissioning of Robots and Network management
- Supervision of the operation of our monitoring systems

Candidates must have an engineering or university diploma

Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of some or all of:
- Programming languages, frameworks & OS: C, Java, JSP, J2EE, AJAX, Unix
- Networking & Security: VPN and telephony related protocols (mobile, fixed, VoIP)

Candidates must be fluent in English and French.

The job is based in Lyon, France.

Analyst

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for using our systems, analysing the results of our monitoring services and briefing our clients about the results.

Your duties will include:
- Configuring the system so that it monitors the right scope
- Analysing raw results
- Investigating discrepancies and reporting them
- Supervising the appropriate publication of reports for our clients
- Attending meetings with clients
- Suggesting changes in monitoring perimeters to clients

Candidates must have a diploma from a University or Grande Ecole.

Candidates must be fluent in English, French and in one of the following languages (Arab, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swahili)

The job is based in Lyon, France but there will be very frequent travel worldwide.

Part time positions are possible.
