Global Monitoring Centre
Our Global Monitoring Centre is located in Lyon, France.
The centre is open 365 days a year round the clock thus providing constant monitoring over every calendar week and in all time zones.
The Global Monitoring Centre supports the following languages: Arabic, English, French and Spanish.
We are committed to responding extremely quickly to requests from our clients to implement call campaigns in line with their revenue assurance or service assurance requirements, to open new cities to which they have not yet subscribed or simply to answer questions on the tests in progress.
In addition to responding to customer requests, the Global Monitoring Centre is responsible for the operation of our global testing infrastructure.
